Lucia Londoño Davalos is a Bolivian designer, illustrator, and educator based in Gainesville, Florida. With nearly a decade of experience spanning corporate, freelance, nonprofit, and academic settings, she works across visual identity, illustration, participatory experiences, and research—always following curiosity wherever it leads.
She holds a BFA in Illustration with a Minor in Graphic Design from the Savannah College of Art and Design, and completed her MFA in Design & Visual Communications at the University of Florida in May 2026. Her research has been presented internationally at LearnXDesign 2025: Intertwinia in Aveiro, Portugal, with an upcoming presentation at SECAC 2026 in Winston-Salem, NC. She is also contributing a co-authored chapter to a forthcoming Routledge publication on co-design as an interdisciplinary practice.
Her process is what she calls curious making, wonder driven: rooted in questioning, observation, and admiration for the overlooked.
